General Question
 
1   I didn’t receive the verification email. The chances are as following:
- The registered email was wrong.
- The verification email has been sent to junk mail folder.
- The network has delayed the email
2   I cannot register my email.
Ensure that you have never register with the email and your email address entered is correct.

3   I would like to change my registration email address.
You can click to change your email address in the 'My Profile' section after you have logged in. A new confirmation email will be sent to your new registered email address after you have successfully changed your email address.

4   I cannot play the movie clips? Please check the version of your Flash Player. It needs Version 8 and above if you would like to watch the movie clips properly
5   The movies stop suddenly?
It might be the speed of network and the performance of machine. ASDL network is recommended.

6   I cannot listen to the sound?
Please check the volume settings of your computer. Also please ensure that your browser javascript function and cookies has been turned on.

7   What are the accepted movie clips formats?

8   What is the maximum time length and file size for the videos?
Maximum time length for the movie clip cannot exceed 1 minute (60 seconds) and maximum file size for each video must be less than 50MB.

9   What should be my screen scan proportion?
The recommended movie screen span proportion should be 4:3

10   What is the recommended movie resolution?
Resolution of video must be at least 400 x 300 pixels.
